These Hazelnuts are delicious and perfectly dry roasted. The skins are all removed. This is a good buy for a highly specialized product. I’ll definitely be reordering. I am on Keto diet and these nuts are perfect for Keto snack as they have one of the lowest amounts of carbs among other nuts – only 2 g net carbs in 1 oz (about 25 nuts). I also make homemade Keto Nutella. Being on very restricted Keto these nuts add some delicious luxury to my life.
